Are you interested in learning about the history and theology of Unitarian Universalism? Do you want to learn more about Allen Avenue UU, including ways to meet people, make connections, and get involved? 

If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, the New to UU class is for you, and we’d LOVE to have you join us!

This will be a two-part class:

The first part will be on Sunday, May 5th from 11:30 to 1:30. This is in person at A2U2. This section is for people who are new to Unitarian Universalism and want to learn more.  Both lunch and childcare will be provided.

The second part will be Zoom only and will be held on Tuesday May 5 from 7pm to 8pm.  It will include an overview of the Allen Avenue UU Church and how to become part of our community.  Part two is for both people new to Unitarian Universalism and those who are already UUs. This session will be recorded so those who are unable to make it can watch the video. 

At the end of the class, you’ll be invited to become a new member. You’re also welcome to join at any point after the class. Joining the church is not a requirement of taking the class, but attendance is a requirement of membership.

Individuals transferring membership from another UU congregation are required to attend Session 2 only.

Current members are welcome to attend, too!
